Caruchi Chocolates, established in 1994, are connoisseurs of handcrafted chocolates. We are experts in the handling of refined Belgian chocolate, using traditional and modern methods of chocolate tempering. Carrim and his wife Zuleka, started Caruchi Chocolates with the dream that Caruchi Chocolates shall become every chocolate lovers’ piece of heaven.
With a journey spanning 25 Years and the expertise of a small dedicated team, Caruchi has become a popular treat, be it the regular cluster or our Royal Collection that has become a banquet, wedding and hotel essential.
We are steadfast on quality, using only the freshest ingredients of highest quality. For example, we use only blanched, roasted peanuts that conform to the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act No. 54 of 1972. This means that the peanuts we use are free from carcinogens and are safe and healthy for consumption.
At Caruchi, we produce a range of products suited for every season, occasion and palette. Our products include the ever popular Cluster, Coconut Wheel and Rochers. We are also a popular gift item with our seasonal range at Valentines, Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Eid, Diwali and Christmas. We offer a personalised range for corporate gifting, weddings, banqueting and the hospitality industry that can be customised with your logo, name or design.

Our Climate Change Initiative
At Caruchi, we are very aware of our impact on the environment. We strive daily to reduce our environmental footprint by using raw ingredients that have been sourced sustainably. We also endeavor to use locally sourced materials thereby reducing our carbon footprint associated with long distance travel. We have also moved away from electricity powered stoves to gas stoves.
